What is an Emergency?
An emergency constitutes any situation posing immediate danger to occupants or risking significant property damage, including uncontrollable water leaks, total loss of electricity, carbon monoxide or gas leaks, and broken locks resulting in a security risk.

Tenant Responsibilities.
Tenants are expected to maintain their homes in a clean and safe condition, and are responsible for repairing any damage caused by themselves or their visitors, which includes tasks such as replacing lightbulbs and toilet seats, decorating personal spaces, fixing appliances installed by tenants, and addressing blockages caused by misuse.
