Westview Housing adopts a zero-tolerance approach to anti-social behaviour, defined as actions that cause or are likely to cause harassment, alarm, or distress to individuals outside of the household. We take all incidents seriously and work proactively with tenants, neighbours, local authorities, police, support providers, and other stakeholders to effectively manage and resolve such incidents, ensuring a safe and respectful living environment for everyone.
