Lodge a Complaint

We strive to provide the best possible service, but we acknowledge that sometimes we may fall short of your expectations. If this happens, we are committed to working with you to resolve the issue and use your feedback to improve our services. If you're unhappy with our service, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll try to resolve the issue informally at the first point of contact. If we can't resolve it informally or you'd prefer to make a formal complaint, we'll initiate a formal investigation (Stage 1 complaint). Residents or their authorised persons can share their thoughts with us by getting in touch with our Team through an email to info@westviewhousing.co.uk or by posting a letter to Quatro House, Lyon Way, Frimley Road, Camberley, GU16 7ER.
